The Current Landscape for Women in the Music Industry(1)

Between 2013-2019 only 10.4% of GRAMMY nominees were women. Currently in the industry workforce, women make up 60% of interns, 59% are offered entry level business positions, and 30% of the Senior Executive Positions go to women. 

What if 60% of Senior Positions went to women? 

Stardust World Productions wants to change the ratio, and will reach for gender equality in all areas of the music industry. . . one success at a time.
